About Us
Mr.C.A.Vasudeva Rao (Briefly called as C.A.V. Rao) was born on 24-4-1947 to his Parents Mr. C.V. Ananda Rao & C.A. Janakiammal.
Born and Brought up in a remote village called Pallipet near Thiruthani (A famous Murugan Temple) which is bordering Tamil Nadu & Andra-Pradesh.
His father was working as a Pharmacist in Government Hospital with a megre salary, supporting a big family comprising of 8 persons.
Completed Engineering course at Kancheepuram town by availing Government educational loan.
Worked as Draughtsman for 7 years in Forest department, Government of Tamil Nadu & Later worked as Civil Engineer in Chennai Port trust for about 10 years.
For bettering his prospects he resigned the job from Port trust, and then he established the firm known as “ Rao Engineering consultancy services” at Tambaram during the year 1986, Having known his ability & sincerity most of the Nationalised banks, Private banks, and Insurance companies came forward to include his name in their list of Panel valuer/ Engineer.
He started construction company of his own after obtaining elaborate experience constructing Individual houses, flats, Hotels, hospitals, Educational Institutions, Industrial building and Commercial buildings.
The concept of flat type building at Tambaram was introduced by C.A.Vasudeva Rao
Ananda Thirumana Maaligai was constructed during 1994 with financial assistance from Karur Vysya Bank which is successfully running.
Again with the assistance of Karur Vysya Bank a vacant land was purchased at Tambaram Selaiyur junction and constructed name as “Sri Vasudeva Thirumana Maaligai”
Ananda Thirumana Maaligai is situated on the GST Road at Chrompet and Sri Vasudeva Thirumana Maaligai is situated on the Velachery Road at East Tambaram which are fully equipped with centralized A.C. for both Marriage hall & Dining with No.of rooms. Plenty of car parking facilities is also available.
He Sincerely thanks Karur Vysya Bank for their financial assistance for carrying out successfully for all the above said projects
Last but not the least Mr.C.A. Vasudeva Rao is gratefully remember to his beloved parents & well wishers (viz.) Prof. S. Radhakrishnan, Mr. Ch. Venkateswara Rao and Mr. Bhagavandas Reddiar for all the support and encouragement he got from them for the position he holds today.
Rao also not forgetting all the efforts and unscented co-operation put forth by his staff.
He firmly believes that without the customers he is nowhere and he takes the suggestions and criticisms from customers with positive attitude and sincerely carries out the suggestions and rectifies the defects and the faults pointed out by them. He even informs them after rectification.
He has built up and attained this stage slowly, Brick by brick with confidence, hard work , sincerly and over the span of 35 years.
His family consists of wife, two daughters, one son, all married & well settled now he is blessed with 5 grand children.
